Welcome to the Spartan News
Welcome to the Voice of Mason County Central Middle School; The Spartan News Network. We are dedicated to bringing the students and staff the latest in school happenings, upcoming events, feature stories and profiles of outstanding accomplishments throughout MCC Middle School. The Spartan News Network began with a cable, camera and a dream in the back of Mr. Quinlan's social studies classroom in 1997. It has evolved since moved into the outskirts of the modular lab with a multiple room set up. The Spartan The Spartan News would of not been possible without the commitment of our dedicated MCC Middle School students (Past & Present) , technical assistance from Mr. Mike Baerwolf, equipment donations from community and financial support from Dale Rinkevicz Memorial Fund and the Mason County Central Educational Foundation.
The Spartan News Network broadcast throughout Mason County Central Middle School each and every morning at 8:30 and is recorded on our You Tube Channel for future to be shared with family, school, community and the world. Each morning at 7:45 the doors are opened to the students to begin preparing for the daily live broadcast.
